In an interview released at Amateur Photographer Leica didn't rule out the possibility to launch a Full Frame Leica T version sometimes in the future.
To be realistic I don't think this will happen any time soon. Leica still has to consolidate the Leica T lens range and focus on the marketing of the camera. But with more and mroe mirrorless FF cameras coming from 2015 towards Leica may be "forced" to launch a FF Leica-T version too!
